Loral Space Communications Inc. - Space Systems / Loral Inc. - Avi Katz Esq. - is on the CreditorsCommitte of the Terrestar Bankruptcy. ALL the cards are in the TerreStar Unsecured Creditors Committee's hands, facilitated by debtor managements who will still have their jobs after-restructuring. And with Loral Inc. being on this Committee - it would seem that Side Deals, Satellite Contracts andCareover Liabilities would certainly affect the Terrestar Shareholders.

Loral and Terrestar are Absolutely wrapped up financially and if Contracts were undisclosed in aLoral Bankruptcy this is an issue for Terrestar isn't it. Some Terrestar shareholders think its an issue and other Terrestar Shareholders think it is ONLY a Loral Issue - even though Loral is on the Terrestar Bankruptcy Committee and Carries over Debt and Issue from UnredactedContracts... right - wrong?
