Everything of import to shareholders will be decided by these guys and the US Trustee.

They are the stopper.

They make sure the secured creditors get as close to 100% as possible, then they take what remains, with nothing for the shareholders.

It is Said that Valuations in bankruptcy using DCF (discounted cash flows) that are totally manufactured to serve this end.

Ask yourself, what happened to the $9.8B spectrum valuation? Gone.

Try to find a spectrum valuation that is even remotely connected with reality in the TSN disclosures. It is said that You won't find it.

The US Trustee and the Judge have seen the ICO debt solicitation. It is said that this is why Judge Lane insisted on a dual track bankruptcy.

But, he can only rule on what is before him. If the ICO debt solicitation is never entered into evidence, in a hearing, he can't consider it.

Is Judge Lane Conflicted in any way? Email me your tip ~ Crystal@CrystalCox.com It is Said that the Loral Space Bankruptcy Judge was Conflicted and this does affect all this, look into it.

Much More Coming on ANY Conflicts of Interest with U.S. Bankruptcy "Judge Lane"

It is Said that after 5 years in the LORL Bankruptcy that the Bankruptcy Judge never once ruled in the shareholders interest. Not once, even after being given PROVEN documentary proof.

The Terrestar ad hoc committee, from what I have heard, is scheduled to meet with the US Trustee on March 23rd. Maybe Trustee's office has finally seen the light, but I doubt it.

Also Note that Credit Suisse is invested in many of the Companies involved and that the SEC was Looking Into Credit Suisse for aiding and abetting tax evasion.
